Since August 2021, Ariadna has been involved in lubricating oil flushing of modules and assemblies of the third-generation plant at Tengiz. The plant is being prepared for launch, and flushing the pipelines with oil is an integral part of preparing the plant for operation. Particulate contamination can cause malfunctions and failure of both individual parts and entire plant systems. Lubricating oil flushing is a complex and extremely important technological process, for which the company has all the necessary resources: impressive experience, human resources and material and technical base.

AS PART OF THE LUBRICATING OIL FLUSHING PROJECT, THE COMPANY PERFORMS THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF WORK:
– Removal of foreign substances such as rust, welding slag and rolling scale from industrial systems. As part of this process, particles are captured by filters installed in the oil washing circuit and further removed.
– Heating and rinsing with oil at the designated temperature (usually 150 degrees Fahrenheit or higher).
– High-speed continuous or cyclic (over a period of time, usually 36 hours) flushing of pipelines with oil, and further evaluation of oil samples. Samples are examined until the specified values of sample purity are reached.
– Ensuring that all activities at the site are assessed for potential hazards and that controls and risk management tools are in place. Performance of work with high quality and with the highest level of safety, which is a necessary measure when working with boiling lubricating oil. During the period of these works, the company did not record a single negative incident or incident.
