In the first years of the company’s activity, the management of Ariadne took the liberty of restoring capital structures in order to solve the problem of accommodating shift personnel. After obtaining permission from Tengizchevroil LLP, the reconstruction of the residential complex began to be carried out at its own expense and eventually became a real achievement of the corporate social program of the team. An internal redevelopment of all housing buildings was carried out, as a result of which the standard “Khrushchev” received individual hotel-type residential rooms. Today, the company has comfortable housing with more than 2400 beds. All rooms are equipped with TVs, refrigerators and air conditioning, as well as individual bathrooms.
